MATRIMONIO: Sposarsi in un antico castello / Getting married in a castle By Domenica Rossa (Wedding Planner e Tuttologa)

Ho più volte sottolineato come il matrimonio debba essere una festa dedicata agli sposi. Per questo motivo ritengo che sia il momento ideale per realizzare alcuni sogni che altrimenti rimarrebbero lì come desideri inespressi. Ed allora se anche voi desiderate vivere un giorno da favola e dentro di voi sapete di essere una principessa perché non scegliete di sposarvi in un antico castello? In fondo voi ve lo meritate… Fortunatamente viviamo in un paese dove dagli Appennini alle Alpi sono presenti moltissimi manieri e molti di questi sono restaurati, ben tenuti ed utilizzabili per organizzare il Vostro matrimonio dei sogni. Di solito vi troverete di fronte a due possibilità, molto dipende dal budget che avete a disposizione: scegliere un castello già adibito a ristorante, in questo caso potrete fruire solo di una parte del castello (una sala a voi dedicata) mentre intorno a voi magari con discrezione noterete la presenza in altre parti del maniero di altri ospiti non appartenenti al vostro matrimonio oppure affittare per un giorno un castello e  cercare una buona organizzazione che si occupi di catering. Nel secondo caso il budget aumenta notevolmente in quanto affittare un castello può avere un costo notevole (si parla di una cifra che mediamente varia dai 2.000 ai 30.000 euro/giorno). Ma tolto il problema del budget come scegliere il meraviglioso castello? Ecco alcuni semplici consigli:

1. La vicinanza geografica: Banale lo so… Ma nessuno valuterà positivamente il vostro matrimonio se lo costringete a fare più di un’ora di macchina!!! E’ una regola assoluta.
2. Scegliete un borgo dove sia presente una chiesetta o un bel municipio e cercate di far tutto lì… Non è bello sposarsi in una chiesa anni 80 in mezzo alla città e poi raggiungere un castello spezzando in due l’avvenimento. E’ sicuramente meglio mantenere un ambientazione coerente. Gli invitati inoltre saranno contenti di lasciare la macchina appena arrivati in chiesa fino alla sera.
3. Valutate bene gli spazi, ovvero devono essere presenti nel castello:

a.       Una sala sufficientemente grande in grado di ospitare tutti gli invitati,

b.      Uno spazio esterno adeguato, con un bel giardino dove accogliere gli ospiti,

c.       La possibilità di ballare ma non in una triste sala isolata insonorizzata,

4. Un’adeguata illuminazione ed una bella vista. Controllate soprattutto se il ricevimento avverrà di sera che il castello sia illuminato a dovere altrimenti il rischio è che diventi troppo tetro.

Sposarsi in un bel castello ha poi il vantaggio di non doversi allontanare per raggiungere il set fotografico. Questo fa si che gli invitati possano godere della vostra presenza senza interruzioni.

Un ultimo suggerimento: potete scegliere un abito nuziale particolarmente principesco in modo che si intoni con la location, non solo ma potete utilizzare il castello come tema principale anche per il tableau e la confettata.
